A couple of my favourite photo apps, both from the developer stable of Michael Hardaker, received extensive updates today. PureShot ($1.99) and 645Pro Mk II ($3.99) are now at versions 2.60 and 3.60 respectively. These are two professional apps that I think work best on the iPhone. Both are aimed at those interested in the types of output possible with the Medium Format camera. One output option for 645Pro is for TIFF files.
PureShot
The update to PureShot includes an improved app icon. The app has the following improvements:
- HiLO Lens support
- Added option for Golden Ratio grid
- New icon for iOS 7.x
- Read Metadata (EXIF etc.) in View/Share mode
- Add IPTC contact information
- Enhanced - View/Share
- Enhanced - Metadata
- Enhanced - Dynamic Ev and Ev100 reporting
- Tapping Self Timer button cancels an in-progress timed shot
- AE-L, AF-L and WB-L buttons now hav an LED tell-tale
- Settings can now be reset to defaults
- Some minor background issues have been fixed
- Some minor GPS-related iPad issues are now fixed
645Pro Mk II
There are similar enhancements to 645 Pro Mk II as well, but most noticeable is the new blue app icon
- HiLO Lens support
- New icon for iOS 7.x
- Read Metadata (EXIF etc.) in View/Share mode
