Cassandra: Phishing - What's App

apple and chopsticks

By Graham K. Rogers

With the recent rush of information about What's App and its takeover by FaceBook, there is bound to be some fallout. On my iPhone this morning I saw an email that told me there was a Voice message from What's App. As most of my friends use LINE, I was a bit wary, so checked What's App. Nothing.

On the Mac, the same email appeared, but with the mouse over certain sections, I found that the sender was shown as someone I doi not think I know, while the button for Play went to Into the trash with this one.

They are out to get us.
